SNG announces leadership change

We confirm that Guy Slocombe has left his role as Chief Investment and Development Officer and has departed from the organisation. We thank him for his contributions and wish him well for the future.

The Board and Group Chief Executive are committed to ensuring continuity across all  our investment and development activities as recruitment begins for the role. In the interim, Joe Marshall, SNG's Regional Managing Director – South, will take on leadership of all operational regions alongside his existing responsibilities. Alexia Evans, Investment and Asset Director, will continue to lead Strategic Asset Management and drive broader strategic organisational priorities.

SNG’s strategy and ambitions for investment and development are unchanged. Our ambition to build 25,000 homes over ten years remains, alongside large-scale retrofit and regeneration activity, ensuring all our new and existing homes meet our Homes and Place Standard.
