Everything in the right place
Please take a moment to make sure you’ve got everything in place at the start of your time with us. If you're a tenant, remember that rent is due in advance. Most customers set up a direct debit with us as the quickest and easiest way to pay: once it’s done you don’t have to think about it again. Alternatively, you can set up an online account to make payments and manage other aspects of your home - like checking your rent balance or raising a repair request.
