SNG selects Gilmartins and United Living as London and East repairs partners

SNG has selected Gilmartins and United Living Property Services (ULPS) as repairs contractors to cover our London and East region from 1 April. The two contractors have signed a three year contract with a two year extension option which will see them deliver day-to-day responsive and void repairs for customers.

Gilmartins will be covering most of the repairs in Central, North West and West London while ULPS will be covering most of the repairs in the East of England and North and East London. Meanwhile the existing repairs contract with MCP will end on 31 March.

We’ll continue to operate the customer repairs service in-house in our South and Southwest regions using our direct labour force.
